Next, try to get a good night's sleep. Four or five hours may seem enough to you, and in today's fast pace world it's hard to fit in more than that. But a good 8 hour sleep will go far in panic attack prevention.

Get some exercise each day. Everyone knows the benefits of daily exercise, but we all have our excuses, usually that we just don't have time. Do you have time for a panic attack, visits to the doctor's office, therapy? Try the exercise, it'll be a lot less expensive.

In summary, the steps you can take to prevent panic attacks will also lead to better general good health, sense of well-being, more energy, and maybe even weight loss. Though making these changes in your lifestyle isn't guaranteed to prevent all panic attacks all of the time, as there are other factors involved, it should lessen the number of occurrences and the severity.
