On The Plus Side
I personally tested the system over a two month period and lost weight at about 1.5 times the rate that I do on conventional diets.
Another strong point in the favor of this system is how easy it is to implement and maintain. Conventional diet plans usually tell you to eat from a "pyramid" and leave you to form your own menus. The Fat Loss 4 Idiots system provides you with the menus for each day of the cycle. All you have to do is make a grocery list from it.
Biggie: You don't have to count calories and grams of this and that! You just eat until you are satisfied but not overstuffed. |

The System also provides you with the "Online Diet Generator". This allows you to select the foods that you like the most from each food group, and eliminate foods that you don't like, or can't eat because of allergies, cholesterol problems, etc.
There is also a Vegetarian menu, but read on to the downside area below.
There is a mandatory 3 Day Break at the end of each 11-day cycle, where you are required to eat whatever you like. Well, dieting is about sacrifices! But seriously, this goes a long way toward preventing people from giving up, as it does not permanently divide them from the foods that they love the most, unhealthy as they may be. |

The Downside |

This diet regimen may not be quite as healthy as a conventional diet, but I believe it to be healthier than diets that eliminate entire food groups altogether, like the "Atkins" diet. Conventional diets provide you with a balanced diet on a per meal basis, whereas the Fat Loss 4 Idiots system provides you with a balanced diet over a period of a few days. As long as you don't stay on it for an extended period of time, I don't believe that this is a problem.
If you have a cholesterol problem, I really can't recommend this plan. A conventional diet and exercise plan, like Tom Venuto's "Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle" is much more in line with the dietary restrictions imposed by a low cholesterol diet.
I am not a vegetarian, but I have received inqueries from some of my customers who are. I reviewed the Vegetarian 11-Day menu and found that it may not be suitable for purists, as it contained dairy products such as cheese. |

Summary
I believe that the Fat Loss 4 Idiots system will work well for most people if used properly and with common sense. I used it to break out of a plateau, then went back to my conventional diet, which I have adopted as a lifetime change in the way that I eat. I know that it is available if I hit another plateau, or just need to drop a few pounds quickly.
